7 Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on your purchase of water beads, provided that the water beads have not been used. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and the water beads remain unused, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund under the 7-day money back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The water beads must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- The request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The original order confirmation or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The water beads must be returned to us at your expense.
Non-Refundable Items: Water beads that have been used are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Once water beads have been hydrated or altered in any way, they are considered used and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Return Process: If you wish to return unused water beads for a refund within the 7-day period, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Return Shipping: All shipping charges associated with returning the water beads for a refund are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned items reach us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned water beads, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
